leaves are currently lying on top of dirt, no root
This can take several weeks. Adding a crushed up aspirin tab to a spray bottle, or honey, will help with rooting, but it will likely root on its own as it starts to shrivel.
The plant was 8-10 inches tall with many branches and "rosettes" at the end of each branck. What was it and where can I get another?
Unfortunately, this describes several genus, species, and cultivars. Giving you a name of a plant will be difficult. If you can find a picture of it then this can help. I would recommend looking around at your local nurseries or online ones for ideas on what this could be.
I was given this plant. Not sure what is happening to it or what I need to do to phase it to it’s next step. Please help
When a succulent stretches, it is searching for more light. If your plant is indoors and on a windowsill, it’s possible it needs a grow light to prevent further stretching. There’s much less light in the fall, and the shorter days can have an affect on your light-loving plants.
It’s impossible for your succulent to “shrink” back to normal, however, you can still save it!
The easiest way to “fix” a stretched succulent is to behead it, planting the healthy top portion.
Is there any way to save these lil guys?they don't look good,i got them from a lady who left them on her porch during a blizzard!they look they have frostbite?help!!!
The good news is that there appears to be some living tissue left. This means that with time and proper care, it can come back.
You will just have to provide the right environment, and treat it as you would the original, but with less watering since they will use less.

Where can I get the dolphin succulent from
We do not sell plants from this site. Try doing a Google search. Also look for more unusual plants of Etsy and EBay!

Is there any way to plant this effectively in order for it to flourish in a virgin garden? the whole thing is pretty big and I've never tried to plant from a cut root. Any advice or suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
i got a crassula like 3 days ago and i noticed today the stem is cracked and is also brown. I think it is because i keep the plant next to a window all day but where i live there is barely any intense sunlight
This is normal, as it will eventually develop a woody stem. Just to be on the safe side, though, I would recommend letting it dry out pretty well between waterings.
