Contrary to popular belief, coffee grounds don't help to acidify soil. Brewed coffee might since that is where the acid ends up. So, like other kitchen scraps, it should be composted first and not added directly to the garden.
have different plants in ground in front of my house and have heard that used coffee grounds was good to work into ground around them. Y or N?
Testing done on whether coffee grounds help acidify the soil do not show much, if any effect on pH. Most of the acid leaches into the beverage. The amount of acid in coffee beans varies widely from region to region which partially accounts for the different taste of coffees. Grounds, like any kitchen scrap, is a good addition to the compost pile.

I would check your local gardening centers, or online. Many nurseries will ship to just about anywhere.
I can't find blackstrap molasses, can I use regular molasses for plant fertilizer?
That will be fine. You can use the same dilution rate as well. It just comes from a different "pull" in the sugar extraction process. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/feeding-plants-with-molasses.htm
After soil testing showed we had low manganese, and now the plants are showing signs of deficiency. We have purchased some manganese powder which unfortunately did not contain any instructions. can you please help.
You will need to follow application directions on the container. If your container does not contain application methods and ratios, try contacting the customer service number for the manufacturer.

Is there anything I can do to prepare my garden soil to avoid it being overgrown with weeds by spring?
Yes, I do have a few recommendations. Till it up before winter, and add dolomitic lime as per recommendation on the bag, then cover the whole garden with black plastic. Stake it down or it will fly away. There is plastic designed for this, or you can use what you have. When it is about time to plant uncover it, and if you would like, till it in again. Fresh, weedless soil, and balanced pH!

what is perlite and what are ways to use in gardening and house plants?
Perlite is manufactured from volcanic rock. It helps soil drain quickly and makes it easy for fragile new roots to penetrate deeper into soil. You find it in almost all soilless potting mixes. If a plant is prone to root rot, like lavender, or is a semi-desert plant like Christmas cactus, adding extra perlite helps. It doesn't have nutritional benefits. Here are articles on perlite and making your own potting mix.
