Can these plants be put outside in the summer out of direct sunlight? Also, what is the lowest temperature can these plants tolerate?
Yes, find a nice partial shady location for your plant.
Temperatures should be above 50 degrees F before you put it outdoors.
I would also move it to a sheltered area during rains, to avoid over watering if it remains in a pot.

Why are my snake plant leaves turning yellow?
Yellow leaves are an extremely common complaint with houseplants. Unfortunately, there are a lot of possible causes. This article should help you narrow it down: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/plant-leaves-turn-yellow.htm
should I remove the burnt stalks of my snake plant, it got way too much sun
it had a rotted leaf & now has a dried up leaf. It is a potted plant, repotted a few months ago. It's in the house where it gets no sun.
Snake plants do fine with indirect light.
Check the soil. Watering too much can lead to root rot.
If the pot was too large, it can be easy to overwater. When repotting, choose a pot only one size larger and make sure you use a good quality potting soil and a container with a drainage hole.

What kind of pot should I put my snake plant in? It is pretty small...2 leaves or what ever you call them. It has grown a couple more but they get a little size to them 1 to 2 inches and then turn soft. They are indoors.
Put them in a pot that is wider than it is tall, or at least as wide as tall. This will keep it from tipping over. Here is an article on their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/snake-plant/snake-plant-care.htm
Do snake plants bloom or get a flower?
They do! They are not very impressive though. They will grow on a stick, and will be white, spindly flowers.
