After the initial resurrection of hydrating the roots and everything, does the plant need to be potted in dirt and kept very moist that way? I will be growing it solely inside and not outside. Please answer my question, dirt or no dirt? Thank You
Hello,
Thank you for sending us your gardening question. The roots for "resurrection fern" are shallow, and it is not necessary for you to submerge them in soil. I have seen this plant growing on the tops of boulders, and I have some of my own growing in my garden on a log. You can add a touch of glue to help it adhere to whatever surface you have chosen.
