how do you transplant a rosary bead plant to a larger pot?
This can be done easily. Fill the new pot with enough soil to put the plant level with the new top soil line, and then fill around the sides with soil. Here is an article for more information on the care of the plant: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/rosary-vine/rosary-vines-indoors.htm
Had my Rosary plant for three years. It is growing well but it is not giving me the flowers or beads like I had on another Rosary plant. What am I doing wrong?
These will require as much light as you can give them. They are also heavy feeders. Make sure to keep these fertilized, either once a month with an all purpose, or diluted mix every two weeks. This will ensure the production of the seeds.
In the meantime, this article will give you more information on the care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/rosary-vine/rosary-vines-indoors.htm

I am just curious on how one grows it. From a seed. My location is not right to keep it alive indefinitely.
This is very ill-advised. They are highly invasive, and with indoor cultivation accidental contact of deadly doses of the abrin within the seeds is highly likely. Depending on your local laws, cultivation may be against the law.
