What product can I use for red pepper diseases?
It really depends on what is wrong with your plants. What symptoms are your plants having?
Can I use Epsom salt when I plant my pepper plants to help produce more and bigger peppers? Can I also use it when I plant my hot peppers or should I use something else?
Epsom salts won't necessarily produce more peppers, but it will help the plant have more of the "building blocks" of growing fruit, mainly calcium. Add phosphorus (bone meal) to help with boosting fruit production.
my chilli pepper plants are about 5 inches tall. I bought them about one month ago is it normal to have flowers bloom right now. is it bad or good.
Can I use the seeds from my red pepper to start a red pepper plant in a pot indoors?
You can try, but it is common for vegetables at the grocery store these days to be irradiated, which makes their seeds unable and not able to sprout. There is no harm in trying, but do not be surprised if they do not grow.
I have grown Marconi red peppers in my conservatory from seed and they are about 6 weeks old and doing well. I want to transfer them outside soon. They are about 6 inches high now. When should I move them from the lovely warm conservatory? Will they grow well in tomato grow bags, as they will be along a fence, or will pots be better? Also, will my cavalier peas be ok this way?
As long as temperatures are staying consistently above 50 F (including at night), they can be moved outside. You will need to harden them off though. This article will explain how to do that:

They should be fine in bags or containers, as long as you provide enough water for them.
I have planted red peppers in the greenhouse, and all seem slow in growing--no problem. But one has grown approximately 6 feet in three weeks with many off shoots and no sign of fruit. Also, the stem is hollow.
Do you still have them in your greenhouse? If they are still in the greenhouse you might want to put them in your garden. Also you may want to try snipping the shoots off. Hope this helps and good luck
I'm trying to grow organic (at least no pesticides or fertilizers) peppers (red, orange, and yellow) and something is eating the leaves of the plant. Any ideas for me to stop this?
Here is an article or two that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/worms-on-peppers.htm

My first attempt at growing red peppers and I am finding the plant has something eating leaves. I have put egg shells around plants, but they have disappeared. It also has been very wet and not a lot of sunshine.
It could be slugs. This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/facts-about-slugs-and-how-to-kill-garden-slugs.htm
