My husband has gotten into growing purple passion plants. The fuzzy green and purple leaves are stunning. Last night we forgot to put the plant up on the china cabinet to keep it away from the cats. Unfortunately, the cat ate all the leaves. Is there any way that we can save this plant? Or is it a lost cause?
Just care for it as usual. It will sprout new growth. You will want to take this new growth and start a new plant, after, to keep the vigor. They will lose this after a few seasons indoors, and starting a new cutting will help stop this.

Many years ago I had tons of Purple Passion plants. I just starting trying to grow them again and I am on my 5th plant. They keep dying; every time I transplant it dies. I love them and I don't know what to do. I could sure use some help.
Your plant wants a slightly acidic soil; you may want to add some sand and peat moss into your potting soil. Here are a couple articles about how to avoid transplant shock and how to treat it.

I have started a few of my purple passion from cutting off an old dying plant. They are doing good in the clear glass jars, with roots and growing. But not so much the leaves. So my question is: Should I leave them in the glass jars or plant them in Miracle Grow? Or; can I just put the jars in a hanging pot planter and keep the jars wet? Will they grow from the leaves or the darkened roots? Please answer asap, as I have been overgrown with all plants, that I do this with.
I would transfer them to potting soil. They will be easier to take care of. In water, it's easy to forget to keep the water level up and bacteria builds up quickly.

Should I use a rooting compound when trying to start cuttings from a purple passion plant and where do I cut it off if applicable, from the adult plant? Thank you
Purple passion plants reach maturity in two to three years so you will want to take cuttings before then. Here's how:

I brought my purple passion inside for the winter. It has been slowly dieing for the past month. In the beginning I thought it was shock from moving it but its not getting better.
It is, likely, stress related. Being near the window, it can still get a little cool. You may want to provide a little extra heat when it gets cold. They don't do well when the temps approach 50 and below. They will enjoy a little humidity, and slightly moist soil, but will easily be overwatered indoors. Be sure to let the soil dry out down to about 2 inches, thoroughly, between waterings.

I have been propping the long stems of my purple passion plants. I keep clipping them and repotting. Shall I let them fall over the edge or continue to support them. Thank you.
Yes, they are naturally cascading, so you can let them trail over the edge of the hanging basket, or for something different in another container, you could add a trellis for it to climb on. They are short lived, so always keep a new cutting going.
