    My guess is this is mahonia grape. Look that up and see if it fits.

    Send us an image of the tree.
    You can also check with your County Extension Office for a tree id.

    I would suggest taking a sample to your County Extension Office.
    They should be able to help identify local weeds or invasive plants for you.

    I am not able to find this as a weed or any other id.

    I would suggest taking samples to your County Extension Office. They should be able to id, if it is a weed in your region.

    This is called Liope. It is a spreading groundcover. Don't hesitate to remove sections that are crowding your other plants. One widely accepted definition of weed is any plant growing where you don't want it.
