I have a pinion that was snapped by a deer and sap is coming down a branch . Should I do something
Just cut the rest of the branch. Leave it to heal. This happens, constantly, in nature.
My Pinyon pine tree looks about 90% dead , BUT it still has some green sprouts towards the inside upper branches of the tree . I love the tree and would do just about anything to save it......but am I just wasting time. PS , the tree does seem to have a lot of the hardened sap all up and down the trunk and branches.

My pinion tree is approx 12 feet and is about 15 years old but does not produce fruit. Why?
