My l year old pear trees in a container. The leaves have little cuts in them. How can I get rid of these?
I would use Neem Oil for most pests.

Which Pear Tree is compatible with the Hood Pear Tree for Pollination?
I have a 15 yr old 25 foot Bradford pear that has been hit on my property by a car. I need to value can you help?
Thank you for sending us your gardening question. Your best course of action is to call a local garden centers or tree nurseries and ask how much their largest bradford pears cost and what they charge for planting and delivery. These things can vary by location and tree prices vary by size. Also call an arborist for pricing of removing the damaged tree. I work in a garden center and have dealt with this before. Our large 2 1/2 trunk diameter balled & burlaped pear trees cost about $395, planting runs about $150, delivery depends on how far we have to go. Prices will probably be different in your area but for insurance reasons you'll want to know the cost to remove the old and replace with new in your specific area.

Can you help identify the attached PEAR photo malady. Last year it was bad, almost 100% fruit failure on 3 of our trees (the oldest ones) - all the young ones (perhaps due to newer/different varieties?) 1. there are fissures (pics attached) 2. it's fairly solid & black textured/leather-y (oops cannot find a photo) (dunno if this is a more developed/severe case of #1 above/attached) many thanks - i cannot find any matches in google images or on common orchard websites.

Probably not this year, unfortunately. There are several ways to prevent squirrels, though. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/fegen/squirrel-proof-fruit-trees.htm
The pear and plum tree are next to each other and the ant's are crawling all over the branches and leaves. I was wondering if there was something i could spray on them without damaging them as I have had the tree's 5 year's and I have had fruit on the pear tree every year but this is the first year the plum tree has had any fruit on it. Thank you. Roger Blueman.
Actually, there are insect tree rings that go around the trunk. They stop all crawling pests from getting to the top of the tree. A google search of "tree insect sticky traps" will take you to many brands and styles.
It is likely that you also have aphids. These will attracts ants. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/plum/control-leaf-curl-plum-aphids.htm
