I had plastic sleeves on the trunk of my young peach tree so the voles wouldent eat the bark during the winter. I went to take the sleeve off and the inside was completely full of a thick jellylike substance. What is it?
It sounds like your tree has a canker. I have the exact same issue on one of my Peach Trees, it has not completely girdled but it is not the healthiest of my 2 Peach Trees.
It could be due to rubbing from the plastic sleeve. The bark of a Peach Tree is wounded easily and bacteria can enter those wounds.

Stay diligent on watering during dry spells, prune only in late winter or very early spring. Avoid any other wound to the tree, such as lawn mowers or trimmers. Follow a regular feeding schedule.
I get lots of fruit on my patio peach they all grow to about 2ins big, they are dark green and purple and do not grow any bigger whats wrong with my tree help,
It is likely that the soil is lacking in phosphorus and potassium. There are many fertilizers on the market for fruit trees. This would be best applied at least once per year. This article will give you more information on the care of peach trees: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/peach/peach-tree-care.htm
Every year I get that leaf curl that has red bumps and curls off and then the leaves fall off. When and what can I spray on the tree to prevent this from happening
This is very common and will likely recur every year. Once it is infected, it will be hard to control, but every year you can use a copper fungicide spray to keep it from happening. This article will give you more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/peach/peach-leaf-curl.htm
Our peach tree started to producing fruit. Every day any peach that matures to about an inch or more falls from the tree branches. We are officially in a drought. We do water by hand at least four days a week early morning or evenings. Thanks, Carey

I am not sure what is causing the brown patches on the fruits in the picture, but it could potentially be peach anthracnose or another one of the diseases listed on this site:

My peach tree has a good amount of peaches, but the leaves are quite small and yellowing. I fertilize organically and mulch with horse and kitchen scrap compost and water regularly. What could be the problem?
Looks like your tree is not receiving enough water. I would water every other day, especially during dry spells.
Make sure the water is wetting soil down to 18 to 24 inches depth.
Mulch with 3 to 4 inches of hardwood mulch to help with moisture levels. Keep the mulch away from the base of the tree to avoid disease.
