The peach tree drops all of the peaches before they ripen or are ready to be picked. They are hard as a rock and we never get to keep any for eating. Also, the squirels get to them first. Do you know what the problem can be and how to get at least a few peaches to eat from the tree?
This is normally caused by either a watering issue or a fertilizer issue. I would recommend phosphorus heavy fertilizer. This will help with fruiting. As for fruit dropping, this article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/peach/peach-tree-fruit-drop.htm

We live in northeast Pa. We have a 5-6 year old dwarf peach tree. We treated the scab and still get peaches that look like an insect "stung" or bit them. A droplet of clear sap-like material is on the outside of the peaches. I can't find out what it is and have yet to eat one of my own peaches. Can anyone please help me? Thank you.
You could try this home made insect spray; pepper and garlic spray 1/2 cup of fresh hot peppers 2 large cloves of garlic 2 cups of water 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil. Liquefy ingredients in a blender and strain the mixture through a sieve lined with a handkerchief. Transfer into a spray bottle and label. Spray the upper and lower leaf surfaces of plants that show insect damage. This spray contains enough hot volatile oils to burn the chewing and sucking mouth parts of insects, but wear rubber gloves and eye protection as this can burn your skin and eyes, hope this fix's your problem

We have a peach tree and for the 2nd year this has happened. The fruit oozes peach juice and it seems to have a very sticky substance, and then the peach rots. My husband has been spraying with an orchard spray since the end of winter. What is the problem with the peach tree?
Sounds like peach borer. This article will help:

My peach tree is three years old. This year it produced maybe 12-15 peaches. When they got to be about half the size of a ping pong ball, they just disappeared. What do I need to do next year?
It is likely an animal, possibly birds. This article will help:

I have a 3-year-old tree. It had lots of small peaches. My daughter told me to prune it into a bowl. That was a week ago, and now the leaves are turning yellow and they are falling off. At the bottom of the tree, I have some sap. What should I do?
If you pruned while it was in fruit, it may have stressed the tree and made it more susceptible to disease or pests. In the future, prune your peach tree after you have harvested the fruit. I would recommend treating the tree with both a fungicide and a pesticide, to take care of any possible issues. Neem oil is both a fungicide and a pesticide. It is often sold as "Fruit Tree Spray" and would be good for treating your tree.
