Yes, it will continue to grow and produce. All you need to do is make sure that you leave some of the lower leaves intact so they can grow and keep the plant alive while it is filling out again. Here is an article or two that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/parsley/tips-on-how-to-grow-parsley.htm

Oh, and parsley freezes for about 6 months, although we've had success with the Italian flat-leaf staying fairly fresh for almost a year.

Parsley is a zany plant. Grab the whole thing and whack it off a bit above the ground (if you want that much parsley). Leave any of the leaves that are forming in the center on the plant untouched. In about a month, you can do the same thing again.
If allowed to go to seed, volunteers will come up all over every year, so you don't have to collect seed and replant every two years.

Wait until they dry on the plant, and then harvest them to plant again.

The “parsley worm” is the caterpillar of the Black Swallowtail butterfly. These caterpillars will be found on parsley and closely related plants. They will gladly feast on the plants until there is nothing left. About the only solution is to hand-pick them. However, you may want to try neem oil too. It could be either. Make sure that you have good drainage and water when teh soil is dry on the top. For a plant in a pot outside, this could mean daily or even twice daily watering.

You need to "pinch" or trim them. This will encourage a bushier, leafier plant. This article will help:

Depending on your location, parsley may pop up every other year, but it is usually treated as an annual, requiring replanting each year. It can be grown indoors as well as outdoors.
