Every summer I try to grow parsley from plants I buy at a local market, and every year just when it is growing well and producing, worms appear and strip the stalks bare. What can I do to prevent this?
About the only solution is to hand-pick them. However, most caterpillars and worms can be typically killed either by using Bt or neem oil. Here is more information:

If I cut the parsley stems, does it keep on producing new leaves? Or how do I get it to keep producing parsley? This is the first time I have had success at growing parsley and I want to keep it growing and producing. How long will it keep if I freeze it?
Yes, it will continue to grow and produce. All you need to do is make sure that you leave some of the lower leaves intact so they can grow and keep the plant alive while it is filling out again. Oh, and parsley freezes for about 6 months, although we've had success with the Italian flat-leaf staying fairly fresh for almost a year.
Parsley is a zany plant. Grab the whole thing and whack it off a bit above the ground (if you want that much parsley). Leave any of the leaves that are forming in the center on the plant untouched. In about a month, you can do the same thing again.
If allowed to go to seed, volunteers will come up all over every year, so you don't have to collect seed and replant every two years.
My flat leaf parsley is in its second year, and I suppose its last year. It is now forming seeds, or flowering. Should I cut it down at this point, or just leave it alone?
Wait until they dry on the plant, and then harvest them to plant again.
We have a large pot of parsley that has been doing great and providing us with all we can use. Today we found it covered with 1/2 inch long worms (larve). They are black and white striped around their body and have yellow dots along their side. We picked them off and trimmed the plant. What can be safely sprayed on the plant to prevent a reoccurance? What kind of moth produces this larve?
The “parsley worm” is the caterpillar of the Black Swallowtail butterfly. These caterpillars will be found on parsley and closely related plants. They will gladly feast on the plants until there is nothing left. About the only solution is to hand-pick them. However, you may want to try neem oil too. Are they over watered or under watered? The soil is damp.
It could be either. Make sure that you have good drainage and water when teh soil is dry on the top. For a plant in a pot outside, this could mean daily or even twice daily watering.
My parsley, basil and coriander plants grown from seed have produced mainly only single stems with hardly any leaf. They are in a fertile potting compost.
You need to "pinch" or trim them. This will encourage a bushier, leafier plant. This article will help:

Can parsley be grown inside and outside? Does it come up every year if I plant it outside?
The following article should be of some help to you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/parsley/tips-on-how-to-grow-parsley.htm
Depending on your location, parsley may pop up every other year, but it is usually treated as an annual, requiring replanting each year. It can be grown indoors as well as outdoors.
