I have picked off the dead flowers - will the plants flower again, or should I start again?
Many times, they will start back from seed. This is how they will reappear in the wild. You may get some volunteers, but you will need to reseed them, or start fresh starts each year. They are considered annuals.

I bought a small forest pansy oct 18 , I’m new to gardening . I left in pot for winter Currently I don’t see any buds on it , I’m wondering is it dead? Thanks
You can shave off a small area of stem and look for green underneath. If so, it is still alive.
I have pansies that seem like something is eating them as they have holed in the leaves. I took a picture but didn't see any way to attach. How can I prevent this?
It may be slug damage. If not, here are ways to get rid of chewing insects as well. Do some sleuthing at night and you may find your pest. It's best to know what you are dealing with before arbitrarily spraying.

I have some mulch covering the pansies, outdoors. I planted them from a nursery last Spring. They thrived, but then stopped blooming late summer. They lived through the winter. Now (April) they are growing green but no blossoms. I tried to transplant one from the crowd of maybe 7 plants to thin it out, but it is not thriving. Picture a 1.5 foot wide plastic pot - one side with green, leafy, non-flowering pansies, and the other 1/2 with a possibly dead pansy. How deep in the soil do I transplant? Pansies should be easy, but not for me :-). Thank you!

My plants are pansies, marigolds
Pansies should be planted in Autumn, as the weather begins to cool. They are sensitive to warm temperatures, so if you live in an area that can get a little on the warm side, then an Autumn planting is best.

Marigolds can be direct sown after the last frost in your area, or started several weeks before, indoors.

I have pansies, Boston ferns and hydrangea to plant/put outside. It's going to be 12C for the next couple days and -1C at night for a couple days. Should I bring them in or can I just cover them? Thanks!
I'd wait just a little longer or, if they're already planted, mulch around them to keep their soil warm. Pansies can take some pretty cold temperatures, so they should be fine.
