My plant is 30 yrs old and l have always watered when the top is dry, lately the plant started to droop and all the leaves are small when as before they were bigger and used to stand straight up.What am l doing wrong?.l have just repotted my plant to TRY and help it but it dosent seem to be working.l really don't want anything to happen it as it was a wedding present 30yrs ago.
It sounds like it is lacking nutrients. How long has it been since it has been repotted in fresh soil? If it's been a few years, go ahead and repot in a soil that has some fertilizer in it. Only go up one or two sizes in pots. Here is more on its care:

I live in the eastern part of Pierce County (98374 zip code) in the State of Washington and would like to know if Oxalis Plum Crazy Sorrel will survive in our winters. The temperature often drops to 30 degrees and sometimes as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
It is hardy to about 20 degrees F so I would mulch it well before winter. If you see weather predicted to be cooler, be sure and go out and cover your oxalis.
All 3 of my indoor shamrock plants, now have white spots on them and the leaves are turning brown but not drying out. Tried changing the soil on 1 plant to see if that made a difference, but it did not. I can't see any flies or aphids and the surrounding plants seem to be fine. Thx.
It probably is powdery mildew, but rust can also look white on shamrocks. A fungicide labeled for powdery mildew or rust should help.

The one leaf that is left is very strong and seems healthy but it is growing so tall. I had to put a stick in the pot to hold it up. Is there a way to have it grow more leaves? Not sure what to do.
Your plant is entering dormancy and should be kept in darkness for a while. Here is more:

I planted mine in regular potting soil and watered and fertilizer the plant and it bloomed out one candy cane but, the plant never did fill the pot up. It only produced a little bit of greenery and one bloom and that was it. I watered this plant all summer long and that is all I got. This year the stems of this plant are a whole lot more sturdier than last year and as usual another plant as come up in the pot like it did last year. Is this suppose to happen? Let me know and it will be appreciated. I really do want a pot full of this plant. Thanks.
It goes dormant in the summer, so that is why your efforts during the summer didn't help. It needs very well drained, sandy loam type soil to perform its best. It can take full to part sun. This article should help:
