    I would like to help you but I don't understand the question.
    I see that you are in Maharashtra.
    The plant in the photo appears to have a severe nutrient deficiency, and this maybe due to water deficit. Water and fertilize appropriately and you will see a big difference.

    3 1/3 tablespoons comes out to just about 50 ml of copper sulphate. That's for a gallon recipe, however. So if you want only half a gallon, you would want to use 35 ml of copper sulphate and 5 tablespoons or about 75 ml of hydrated lime.
