I cut 22 olyanders off below ground level and no we they're sprouting back up. Want to destroy the whole Damn thing!
It may be tedious, but the best thing would be to dig up everything that you can, and pour boiling water on the rest. This will kill anything that it comes into contact with without leaving the soil toxic. This is the method that I use, and it does take a few applications, but it will kill just about anything.
I want to grow a hedge,5 to 10 feet tall, with white flowers. what variety of oleander should I use?
"Dwarf white sands" and "Little White" and other dwarf varieties are described at 3 to 6 feet mature height, so maybe a little small for your 5 -
10 foot requirement.
"Sister Agnes," a cultivar with single white flowers, grows to between 10 and 12 feet in height.

I have a row of 15 oleanders that were planted about two years ago at about 5 to 6 feet apart where they should have been planted at 4 feet apart. How and should I trim the branches BETWEEN THEM to get better fill in or encourage growth? Some of the plants do not have lower branch growth from the bottom to the side?
If you have full size oleanders and not a dwarf variety then 5 to 6 feet spacing will be perfect in time. 2 years is young and not nearly developed.
Water an fertilizer will stimulate growth. Shaping the tops down a little may stimulate lateral growth.
Lower branch growth depends on sunlight to the lower part of the plant, adequate water and nutrients, and maybe pest control if there are aphids or scale insects feeding.
I recently bought a home that has two huge Oleander bushes. They are more like trees. They are about 15 ft tall and as wide around. Can they be trimmed excessively or should I just let them be? Also I am going to take starts from them to add to other places in my yard.
Trimming them is not necessary, but it will not hurt them at all either. This is a way to shape them as you would like them. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/oleander/pruning-oleander-shrubs.htm

My oleanders are in pots on a balcony in Sydney Australia, and have thrived there for years. In recent weeks they are browning at the tips and down the sides of some leaves, there is some yellowing with a scribbly pattern on one plant, and some leaves have brown spots. It's possible (but unlikely) that they had insufficient water in a recent hot spell. It's also possible it's something else. We don't yet have leaf scorch in Australia (unless I'm the first!), though the descriptions fit some of the symptoms. Any advice would be much appreciated.
That is, certainly, an infection. There are many kinds from bacterial, to fungal, to viral.
Most can be cured easily. The best way for a potted plant will be to replace 1/4 of the water with peroxide the next time that you water. This will kill off the infection. You will only have to do this once, and when it is needed in the future.
This article will give you more information on the care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/oleander/growing-oleander-in-containers.htm
Thanks that’s most helpful and an entirely new approach. I presume that’s 1/4 at 3% peroxide concentration ?
