I have a small section in my garden with roses only planted (I have attached (well I think I have? a .jpg file of it). Also I am 78 years of age a retired sailor and have some physical problems (I fall over and can't get up). I am very much an amateur gardener and need a regular service providing advice. Can you do that? And what are your turnaround times and cost of joining etc? Regards Bill Hagger email Bill.Hagger1@btinternet.com 01303 256107

Nasturtium leaves turn yellow and wrinkly then shrivel at the edges and die. There is no evidence of any insects or bugs but the whole container seems to be suffering. Spraying with pest control does not help
This seems to be an infection from overwatering. A fungicide may be necessary. Here are some articles that will help:

I have a Nasturtium plant which has flowers with a tail and without a tail. The ones with no tail seems to be growing the tail inside the flower. Is this a normal thing for these flowers?
Yes. This is normal. Here is an article that will help you with their care:

The container is 5 inches deep, 5 inches wide, and 15 inches long. I planted a row of nasturtium seeds and scattered lettuce seeds. I planted them in 4 1/2 inches of potting soil and covered them with 1/4 inch of soil. I will check for soil dampness with a dowel stick.
You can start out spray misting the seed bed to keep them moist. Once they sprout, increase the amount of water. When they begin filling out the container, water enough to run out through the drainage holes.
Can you use them for propagation
They may have been plucked too early, unfortunately. They need to dry up on the plant before they are suitable for germination. This article will help:

I grew nasturtiums from directing seeding for the first time this year. As fall draws to a close, I see what appear to be seed pods on the plants. Can I collect the seed pods? How long do they need to stay on the plant? Do I open the pods to collect seeds? How long should I wait?

I live in Goa, India. Is the climate too hot for nasturtiums?
This could be from a few different issues. Overfeeding and overwatering will be the first two things that I would check. They are accustomed to very dry, and very nutrient deficient soils. Too much nutrients can be an issue, and inhibit growth, as well as overwatering, since these plants prefer things to be quite dry between waterings.
After you can rule out those two factors, then next would be pests. Control will depend on the type of pest.
