I have wild Mountain Laurel growing in our woods. I'd like to propagate some to grow in our border in front of the house. What is the best way to do it, with root tone? Thanks

I have dozens of mountain laurel on my property, lakeside in upstate South Carolina. What is the age limit of this plant? These are quite old and not in great shape. I am wondering if I need to remove them and start new.
The consensus seems to be around 75 years. You may want to gradually replace them, just a section at a time. This article will help you to care for these shrubs: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/mountain-laurel/mountain-laurel-growing.htm
I tried adding coffee grounds last year and got several small flowers and the tree had green leaves. Then this past winter we covered it and had tons of ice and little snow cover. Now it looks dead and with some sad green leaves a the bottom. I have tried to nurse it to health and it just won't go. Any suggestions? Thanks
You might check the acidity level. Used coffee grounds won't help to lower the pH. It can help with soil structure. Mountain laurels need regular watering, too.

I recently saw this bush in Vermont, and am trying to identify the variety. Any help would be appreciated. (Picture attached)
I believe that you have already gotten as far as one might get with identification on this one. It will be hard to pin down the cultivar.

something green and bushy that have white flowers on. I would like something that flowers for a long time through summer or maybe mix two plants together to spread the flower life. They will be at the front of my house so ideally something where the leaves loo k nice even in winter. If you can let me have a couple ideas on what I could plant please. I like green and small white flowers as I want the planters to look filled / bushy 1st Picture attached is a weed (I think) and like similar to this or other photos are something I like but not sure what they are.
Here are some choices for your growing area. England seems to have mild winters and cool summers. The closest zone we have is zone 8, though it normally has warmer summers than you do. Of these shrubs below, the ones with white flowered varieties would be camellia, jasmine, abelia, deutzia. There are petite hydrangeas now that bloom white, but they are not evergreen. Mountain laurel has a dwarf that blooms white. Here is more info:

I have a small mountain laurel that the new grow leaves are getting brown spots that take over the whole leaf and it dies. Is this somekind of fungal disease? We have had an unusually wet summer for south Texas this year. How can I prevent this from going to the older growth leaves?
That would be a cause for infection! I would turn to fungicides, and biofungicides. You can find both through many online vendors, or local gardening centers.
Many times, living fungicides are best, since they will outcompete infections and continue to live in soil long after the infection has been killed off.

We do not sell plants, or anything. We only offer gardening information. I would check with your local nurseries, or online.
