I just bought some small parade roses and wanted to know if I can plant them outside before winter comes. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Is this a year round plant that can stay outside? How do I car for these roses?

I am looking for a miniature rose that would be good in a hanging basket.
Sweet Chariot is a popular mini rose for hanging baskets. For more information on growing miniature roses in containers, this article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/miniature-roses-containers.htm
Why do my two mini roses keep getting blackspot? The leaves drop off and lucky to have one or two blooms. Did treat with blackspot solution, but it did not work. Are my plants beyond helping and start out with new plants?
Try giving neem oil a try. It is a good, organic pesticide and fungicide that might help. Here is more information:

Current temperatures are ranging from 39 (low) to 70 (high) degrees. I am in Texas, Dallas area.
They are planted the same as regular roses, in fall. However, this is usually dependent on the weather in your area. I have had success with both fall and spring planting here in Zone 7. I live in Phoenix, AZ so I decided to grow miniature roses in a pot. I use a water meter to water them so don't think I am over watering but the tips of the leaves are brown. One of the roses is getting new growth.
Brown tips on the leaves sounds like they are getting sun burned. The tips of the leaves are where such things show up first as they are the places where the bush has a hard time getting enough moisture out there to prevent burning in high heat conditions. You might try moving them to an area where they get a bit less sun and have some shade for part of the day for relief. I was given a small yellow rose plant for my bday. There are 4 tiny plants in a 4" pot. First of all would it be wise to separate the 4 tiny plants? If I keep them in a container do I have to provide extra protection in the winter. I am in zone 4.
Yes the 4 roses should be separated into their own pots and probably 8 to 10 inch pots if they are to be left in pots. Make sure the pots have drainage holes in them. You will need to either provide extra protection for them during the winter or bring them inside and keep them in a sunny spot for the winter. Some folks will bury the pots down into big holes in the gardens for winter so they can mound up some soils around the roses. Then come spring dig it all up and place the pots where desired. You will want to wrap the outside of the main pot with some plastic to keep it from getting discolored from being in the ground.
I am very new to the gardening world. We recently purchased a home and there is nothing at the moment in our front yard. . . just grass and there used to be big bushes, which have been removed. In the place of the bushes I want to plant miniature roses but the area is wide, so I would also like to include another type of flower with the roses. My question, is what other flower can I plant with miniature roses?

So I ended up buying superbena royale red because i loved the red color with yellow mini roses.... now the only problem i have is.... i didnt purchase enough of superbena because i wanted to see what it would look like before i bought more and now.... i cant find them at the stores.... or online.... now what can i do... i really like that red color...:(
and thank you so much for your help
Along with the article above that I wrote, I recommend place small metal borders in the ground between the companion plantings and the miniature roses. This will help to keep the upper root systems from growing together so much and possibly causing either the mini roses or companion plants to struggle. Enjoy!
