Our Coral Bark Maple was doing terrific. Went on vacation and now the leaves are all brown. Still green in the branches. I am confused whether it to much water or not enough, any ideas?
Provide well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Water deeply and regularly during the first few growing seasons to establish an extensive root system; reduce frequency once established. Fertilize before new growth begins in spring. Avoid hot and dry sites, and protect from strong winds
You will need to check the soil moisture to determine if your tree is dry or overwatered.

I had a container that I had planted flower seeds in,,, well, they never came came up. During the summer months, I noticed that two maple tress have started growing,, they are now about 4 to 5 inches high. Do I leave them out side during the winter months, or do I bring them inside, and put in a sunny window?
This all depends on what type of maple it is, and what climate zone you are in. It would be best, if you are unsure, to bring it inside for its first winter. This will ensure that it survives.
Here is an article for more information on care of maples: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/maple/growing-maple-trees.htm
Can maple trees rain a sap onto a home and other structures that can make air born dirt to stick makeing surface to look stained with black blotches and just dirtty
Maples bleed or drip sap when there bark is disrupted. This can be from an animal chewing on a branch, pruning, or disease. An insect infestation may produce "honeydew" which is also sweet and sticky like tree sap but is dark colored. It is important to find where the leaks are occurring and identify the cause. It may be possible to save a diseased tree by cutting off the affected branch. Check with an arborist.
Why is there black on the leaves?
That is a fungal issue. Sometimes it can die off, and be ok after a cold winter. If you would like to be sure that this infection is cured, then use wettable sulfur or copper salts. This will take care of the issue.

I have a maple trees In my yard and the leaves have turned brown but they haven't falling off the tree. What Is wrong with my trees?
Like beech trees, sometimes the leaves may wait to fall off until the new leaves come out in spring. This is not to worry about, and will correct itself when it is time.
I have heard tell of a maple tree that grows only in Michigan but also in one small area of Winconsin? It's name is XXX point maple and is a light blonde coloured wood.
I can't find a whole ot of literature on the subject, but it appears to be referring to a tree with an extra female chromosome. This would appear to make it sterile, and not drop seed.
I am not well versed in trees of your area, but your local extension would. This link can help you find the closest one to you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/extension-search/
