I am trying to grow a lizard tail plant from seed. It is doing poorly, and I am wondering if I can fortify it with a plant food?

Once your plants is actively growing you can fertilize them once a month with a light balanced fertilizer.

Lizard Tail Perennial

What can use to get rid of bugs that are eating the leaves of this plant? I just purchased it yesterday and some of the leaves look like they’re being eaten by something

I would use Neem Oil. Neem Oil is organic and safe for people, pets and bees.
