What type of fertilizer should I use on Lilyturf? I have some that is established and some I just purchased. The one that is established is a lighter green than the one I just bought.
Your lilyturf (AKA: monkey grass or liriope) generally requires very little in the way of fertilizer, if any at all. These are extremely hardy plants. In fact, some varieties can become aggressive if not situated in a contained area or given enough room to spread. My lilyturf is turning yellow and pulling easily from the roots. What is the cause and the cure? The stems are pulling out easily with brown roots.
