Hi, My kentia's leaves are turning a little brown on the bottom fronds. I've read this could be overfertilising or underwatering. Over winter I was fertilising once a month, and now going into euro summer, will do it about once a week. Watering when I remembered/when it looked dry, maybe once every ten days. I'm thinking maybe underwatering is my problem? Also, I've attached a photo of where it sits inside, and wanted to ask if there is too much light? Thanks Mitch
You should check the soils moisture levels instead of relying on a watering schedule. Water so that the entire pot is watering and any extra water drains from the pot. The top inch or so should dry before watering again.
Misting is very important to keep you palm healthy. You can even run a humidifier near the plant.
This article will refresh you on the care.

We purchased a Kentia palm that was potted in Hawaii in lava rock. I tried inserting the moisture meeting I use for my indoor plants potted in regular potting soil but the meter wouldn't go down and as I forced it the meter bent out of shape. Are there meters that are strong enough to be used in lava rock planting material?
The pro model moisture meters have a thicker probe. Although I can't guarantee that your lava rock planting medium will accomodate a moisture meter at all if it's that tight or rocky or root bound. Be sure that it has good drainage. If any doubt, re-pot, because it is vitally important.

It has some dots on elder foliage and started to discolouring. Please help.
It helps to know what kind of palm, but generally, yellowing, older fronds can mean a nitrogen deficiency. I also would check the underside of leaves for aphids or scale.

I've noticed white crusty buildup on the leaves and stems of my Kentia Palm. I've tried spraying with a fungicide that does not appear to make a difference.
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. It could be scale, though.

Your plant is gorgeous and doesn't show any signs of distress or nutrient deficiency. Just keep doing what you're doing.

15” Pot Too heavy to relocate … - I have removed saucer water - stuffed old fabric into saucer and drainage pot holes - loosened 2-3“ surface drenched Soil - have fan blowing on surface area - plan to continue use of dry fabric in drainage holes - Question: should I just remove Drenched soggy soil and replace with preferred new kentia potting soil?? Am concerned about causing more shock by touching root system ?? Thank you so much! 🙏🙃😳
If the soil is well draining, it should be fine. I would remove the fabric, if you haven't, it needs to be able to drain. The fabric may act like a stopper.
You could replace just the top 2 to 3 inches without disturbing the roots. Here is more on their care:
