Some of my kentia fronds have turned brown. Should I remove the brown fronds?
Yes, remove the brown fronds, as these are dead and will not regrow. The following article should also be of some help to you:

I bought a beautiful Kentia palm 2 months ago. It was very healthy but I have noticed recently that some of the leaves are browning, shrivelling, and starting to discolor. I have not overwatered it and there are no signs of pests. What is wrong? I really don't want to lose it.

I have recently bought a Kentia palm that is 1. 7 meters high. Now what interests me is the black stains I can see on its trunk. I'm very worried about it and have no clue why is that and what to do. I took some pictures:
It looks like the plant certainly has powdery mildew, which is a fungus and can be treated with a fungicide.
It looks like the plant may also have scale, which would cause the black spots. This needs to be treated with a pesticide.
I have 3 Kentia Palms planted in both my front and back yards. The two in the back are an orange, almost rust color. The one in the front is starting to turn the same color. What causes it and how do I treat the problem?
It sounds like your tree has a rust fungus. This article will help:

I have several large Kentia Palms, ranging from 6' to 15' of trunk growing in my yard. They are getting a hard brown scale that starts near the bottom and moves up the trunk. It looks more like brown paint specks than the scale I have seen on houseplants. Where the scale has died off, the trunk is gray. The scale does not affect any other plants, even the Bromeliads growing on the trunks.
Try pruning out any discolored leaves. Neem oil is also effective treatment for the scale issue. This article will help you with the scale: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/palms/sticky-palm-tree-leaves-treatment-for-palm-scale.htm
Local nurseries didn't help. How do I transplant a Kentia (with 3 trunks) to a larger container? It is an outside plant and is about 6 ft tall above the pot. Roots appear to be pushed above the soil. Are they supposed to be below soil level? Any help would be appreciated. The palm is about 30 years old and was given to me by my mother 20 years ago. Thank you for your help.
If the roots are showing above the soil, it does sound like it may be time for a new pot. I would make the new pot only about 2 inches larger than the current one as Kentia palms grow best when slightly rootbound. I have three Kentia palms I have owned for over 10 years. They are from Hawaii and planted in lava rock. They have been beautiful and about 9 to 10 feet tall until this past year. Now what is still living is only about 4 feet tall and they are not surviving. These plants are about 25 years old. I hate to lose them. HELP!!
Plants, like animals, have a life span. At 25 years, it is very possible that they are dying of simple old age.
But then again, as all 3 are dying together, it could also be conditions that are doing so. What those are could be varied, but look to what has changed for these plants lately. Did the heating in your home change? (this would change the temps or humidity in the house) Did the light change? (Perhaps something that blocked the light or caused more light) Do that plants have a root disease? (this article may help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/treating-root-rot-gardening-tips-for-housplants.htm
You need to find out what has changed to make the plants unhappy. But, as I said, keep in mind that they may simply be dying of old age, for which there is no fix for.
