I have a kangaroo paw plant in a large pot in full morning sun on my patio for a few months. The flowers have died and it has not produced any new growth at all. It has been very hot for a week 90 degrees, now cooler and I have kept it watered. Usual temps are around 72 degrees. Any suggestions. Should I plant it in the ground instead? Should I feed it? thanks very much
Container plants can dry out quickly, especially in temperatures above 85 degrees. You many need to water a couple times a day in the hot weather.

I was gifted with a Kangaroo Paw Fern last year. It is doing OK, but very pot bound. Should I re~pot it, or do they like being pot bound?
They can tolerate being root bound for quite some time before requiring a change, however, they perform much better with yearly division. Ultimately, it is up to you, or may be necessary if your plant is showing signs of stress.

Yes, cut off any dead or damaged leaves and stems. Water less if you think you are overwatering. Here are some care tips:

I have 4 large Kangaroo Paw plants and would like to try and harvest the seeds but can't find any information on where to get the seeds off the plant, when and what to do with the seeds such as dry them? store them? I know they are annuals in our part of the world but I have been told it can be done.
There isn't much to this, actually! These will pollinate and set seed with ease. Once the flowers have been pollinated, they will drop off leaving the ovary. This will swell with seeds, and pop open once ripe. These can be sown, as with any other seed.
Here is an article that will give you more information on the plant:

I have six different kanga plants, the colors ranging from cherry red to red to burgandy. There are new plants which have been put in the ground within the past few weeks. All of them have essentially lost most of their color. Any suggestions?
They prefer well-drained, slightly acidic soil in full sun. It needs plenty of water while its blooming and this may be the issue. These articles should help:
