Last summer I took a jade tree cutting to make a bonsai style plant. While rooting all the leaves ended up falling off and new growth has started. My question is how would a person stimulate growth growth on certain branches or one side. And is there anything I could do to make the leaves grow quicker?
There isn't a lot to do to force growth on one side, but on occasion, plants will respond to knicking the area that you want to leaf out by putting out growth there. It won't hurt the plant, but it could stimulate growth, or it could do nothing.

I have alway put the clipping in avery shallow water to root. Your articals said to dry them out? I have had success in doing this. But that was some time ago maybe I am wrong?
Yes, drying out the cuttings for the end to heal over is the recommended method.
That's not to say you can get them to root skipping this step!
Jade can be one of the easiest succulents to propagate.

Jade plant has white powdery mildew just on branches and is dropping branches? How to fix please?
You can, usually, correct this with neem oil, pretty easily. This article will offer some more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/jade-plant/white-spots-on-jade-leaves.htm
my plant is getting so tall it falls over, should I prone it or what? Right now I have it staked up, but that seems like a temporary solution.
You can prune your Jade plant to help shape it and keep it from falling over.

Hello, I have this jade plant that I got over 2 years ago. I've noticed that it isn't growing larger and that the leaves are turning yellow and falling off (as you can see from the pictures below) and the leaves that are green aren't the nice dark green their supposed to be. What am I doing wrong? As you can see the plant gets a lot of sunlight as it's on a window sill, I water it about once a week. https://i.stack.imgur.com/RqMMY.jpg https://i.stack.imgur.com/rbmEr.jpg

Keep soil moist but not wet during active growth in the spring and summer. Allow soil to dry between waterings in the winter. Avoid splashing water on the leaves while watering. If shedding or brown spots occur on the leaves, it is an indication that the plant needs more water.

Jade Plant: It is watered as you instructed. It is about three years old. Very green, but now losing leaves. Also extending over the pot as in a hanging plant. Should I be hanging this plant in an appropriate pot for that?
This does sound like a watering issue, but could also be due to not enough sunlight.
