There is sap coming out of the tree trunk. The tree wasn't damaged in any way. Any idea what the problem is and what we should do about it? I've attached a picture of the tree and a close-up of the sap. Thanks!
Your tree has developed a canker, caused by a fungus or bacteria.
Proper care of the tree and keeping the tree watering, fertilized and properly pruned are key.

How do I get rid of the problem?
To me, this sounds like, either a case of aphids, or whiteflies. In either case, You can use rosemary oil, garlic oil, a mixture of Black pepper and water, neem oil, or a small amount of dish soap in water. All of these are excellent methods for general insect control. This article will help futher:https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/organic/natural-home-pesticides-organic-garden-pest-control.htm
Something is boring into fruit trees (zone 9 - AZ - very hot here) and killing branches and then trees. Sap shows first at the entry points and there are many locations on the tree. I have not had this problem before and need help on how to eliminate the problem.
This appears to be an ant-related issue. Many pest insects can cause these symptoms. Here is an article that will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/tgen/what-is-tree-sap.htm
I like the pipe tobacco idea but could you please tell me a ratio of tobacco to water. Thank you for your time & have a great night.
I've been away for a while and once i got back home, the garden ( grass, bushes, and small trees) need major maintenance, but i found out that there are crickets in them, so what goes first gardening these bushes and plantation or controlling the crickets through pest control as they are all over the garden? thanks alot
I would, first, manicure the area. The more you take out the less food they have. After you get the plants manageable, you can then begin to eradicate the crickets.

Vegetables are usually attacked by insects when it ripens. What are the methods to preserve vegetables from harmful attacks?
You may spray with Neem oil, as this will make them undesirable to insects. It isn't harmful to you, but you will want to wash them off really well, as it will taste horrible if not. How do I get rid of caterpillars off my green plants before they totally eat it all, or before I get a chance to ggrrr?
There are many ways to deter these pests. Among my favorites are: Rosemary oil, mint oil, garlic, and sprays made from boiled hot peppers.
