My regular hydrangea do not bloom. My panculatas are huge and filled with blooms. Why is this
This is a tricky situation. If your other hydrangeas are the large leaf variety, then they will flower on old wood. If you live in an area where it gets cold, and they die back, then they may not ever flower. Here is an article that will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/hydrangea/hydrangea-not-blooming.htm
I have a 12" pot outside on a covered deck with a cut back 3 year old hydrangea ( no idea what type ) I used styrofoam to protect it over the winter. Do I need to keep watering it ? Thanks, I am NO gardener !!
This depends on your area. If you are in an area where the plant goes completely dormant, then you will only water once a month. This will be enough to just keep it alive. Overwatering will lead to rot and eventually the death of the plant. If the plant does not go dormant, than you will need to treat it like it is growing still. But this would all depend on your climate zone.
My leaves are yellowing and have brown spots is that normal in december in florida
I wish I had a picture! This could be a fungal condition. Make sure your plant is watered at the soil level to keep the leaves dry. Afternoon sun on wet leaves is a known hazard for fungal growth. Keep the soil moist but not soggy. The top one inch should dry out between waterings. The spots could be damage from a recent cold snap; if this is the case, the plant will recover nicely. If the brown spots seem to be spreading, remove the affected foliage and any debris under the plant. If the condition continues to worsen, apply a fungicide rated for hydrangeas. Water the plant the day before application and follow instructions thoroughly.
l put my hydrangea in the garage for the winter to protect against snow frost and chemicals used in our community. Should I️ water it?
At the very most, you will water once a month in there. They only need enough to keep them alive. Any more than that and they have the high chance of rotting.

I have a plant that I rescued, it was almost dead, When it was on patio it grew and bloomed . It is now inside and I am not sure what it is or what care it needs
This appears to be what is called a cornish hydrangea. Most hydrangeas have the same care, so this article will help you on the care of this: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/hydrangea/growing-hydrangeas-hydrangea-care-guide.htm

Moved to south Mississippi last August. Existing flower beds included hydrangea that had what we determined to be fungus. We sprayed with fungicide. Problem never got better but they survived. I was going to cut them almost to ground in late winter/early spring as some resources recommend, but because of our mild winter, they have begun to bud along existing stems. Help!
Hydrangea pruning differs on the plant variety.
Since it is not clear what type of fungus that you are dealing with it is difficult for me to help you determine a treatment method.
Since you treated with a fungicide, you should likely wait out the results and health of the plants during this growing season.
