I have some honeysuckle bushes and need some more to replace some. Problem not sure which kind I have. The flowers are bright pink with little yellow shoots coming out of middle. Leaves are small and green.
Looks like Tartarian honeysuckle. This is an invasive species and some states have banned its sale. They are easy to grow from seed or from stem cuttings. Spring is a great time to take cuttings. While this article discusses lilac, the technic is the same: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/lilac/growing-lilac-cuttings.htm
How do you plant this bush? How deep/wide the hole? I realize they like full sun to light shade.
Let's assume you are buying a shrub that is in a container. Dig the hole the same depth as the container but 2-3 times wider. After removing from the container, try to loosen the roots so they will grow outward. If it is horribly rootbound, slice through the superficial roots using 4 equidistant vertical cuts. Again try to loosen the roots. It may be necessary to cut a large X through roots at the bottom of the rootball. Roots that go around and around cause difficulties as they get larger. Try to get them to grow outward. Do not amend the soil unless it is extremely sandy or hard clay but add 2" compost as a topdressing annually. Shrubs/trees need watering their entire first growing season. Water deeply once weekly or twice a week during drought/extreme heat.
Could you tell me what this is we have been trying to find out for year but have had no luck
It is honey suckle! Lonicera is the scientific name. This vine can be trained into a shrub like plant, but left completely alone, can overtake massive areas very quickly.
This article will give you more information on the care of these:https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/honeysuckle/honeysuckle-vine-care.htm
My vine is very top heavy with leaf growth. Can I prune some of that growth now?
This article is all about pruning honeysuckle plants. It should help you get started:

I am looking for a noninvasive honeysuckle that can also be used for tea. What would you recommend?
This depends on where you are located. If you are in the US where we are based, then you will want to go with an American Honeysuckle. These are much less invasive then their Asian counterparts. They come in an array of colors from red, to yellow, orange, pink, and others in between. This article will give you an idea of the different types of honeysuckle: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/honeysuckle/types-of-honeysuckle-plants.htm
we planted two honeysuckle vines in 2016 the one vines had flowers on it and the other one doesn't the one without flowers is very health and has alot of green leaves on it but no flowerslast year last year and so far this spring there is no buds but the other one has lots of buds what is the problem
Blooming can depend on variety and age of the vine.
Growing conditions also effect growth and blooming.

Some leaves are curling and there are black crusty "seed like" areas on the flowers. One stem has yellowing leaves. I do not see any living aphids on the plant and there are no signs of mildew.
Aphids can be very difficult to see, but the description you give of the curled leaves is likely just that, Aphids. Treat the vine with Neem Oil.
