Yellow leaves usually mean too much water, but conversely can also mean not enough. Try cutting back on the watering (only when top 3-4 inches are dry), and give it a chance to recover. Most hibiscus flowers bloom for only one day. But there should be an abundance of buds on the plant for continuous blooming. While you can deadhead if desired, this practice is not necessary. Your hibiscus plant will be fine left as is. The spent blooms will drop on their own.
