I have 3 acres of guava trees but no big fruits. Most of them are only about lime size. The kind I have is Chinese dragon.
There are an awful lot of different plants that are called "guava." It may well be that this is the natural size of your variety; Wikipedia says guavas are usually from 1.6 - 4.7" I can't find any information on "chinee dragon," but if you can get information from the source you purchased from, that might be useful. I read it takes 3 or 4, maybe more, for guava trees to flower. I got mine, strawberry guava, 4 yrs ago in the mail. Since I live in northeastern WA, I leave it in a pot all year, redo soil each year, bring in off deck in Sept or Oct, depending on night temps. I do trim it back in fall- wondering if trimming I'm cutting off wood it needs to bloom on. It looks beautiful, leaves green, putting out new growth, but no blossoms or fruit. Last year I put some liquid fertilizer for blooms in soil but still have none. Suggestions? It's about 2 1/2 ft tall in 12" pot.

1. My guava tree had quite a few budding fruits. But, alas, dog just got it and cut off the tree from the middle which had all the fruits. Can I soak it in water to revive? Is the rest of tree revivable? 2. One of my avacado trees seems to be alive (the stem is still green) but the rest of it is black. Should I cut of the black portion?
I'm sorry but you will not likely be able to save the broken Guava tree.

There are white winged insects on the underside of the leaves of my guava tree. How do I get rid of them without using pesticides?
It is likely white flies, or something similar. You can treat the plant with neem oil, which is effective on many types of insect pests and is safe to use. This article has more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm
We are renting a house and there was a mature guava tree when we moved in. When the tree bore fruit, all the fruit seemed rotten. It was hard to tell if it was mushy rotten or bug rotten. I tried picking the fruit green, but no matter how I let it ripen (on the tree, off the tree), it was rotten when ripe. What disease or pest might this be? What can I do to address it?
There are several known diseases of the Guava Tree fruit that can cause the rotting of fruit.
Here are some links that I found that will help you understand the issue.

How to make Guava tree not bear fruit?
Are you asking how to stop your tree from bearing fruit or asking about the reasons why a guava would not fruit? If you asking the latter, then can you describe the health of your tree - are the leaves browning, yellowing or curling, any sign of fungus or disease, or insect pests? How old is your tree? Guava trees have to reach a certain maturity to bear fruit which can take several years, especially if grown from seed. Drought would cause a tree to stop producing fruit.
If you are asking how to stop your tree from bearing fruit - the only real way is to remove the tree.

I have a Guava tree in Pakistan, which is almost 3 years old. I planted it as a grown tree from the nursery. It has been giving fruit regularly. And few months back it started giving more fruit than expected. But suddenly all the leaves has started falling and the fruit has stopped growing too. What shall I do? Any opinion will be much appreciated. Many Thanks.
Inspect the leaves and tree for any signs of pests or disease.
