Need strong tough grass for high-use area and adobe soil. Water has high level of boron which some plants don't tolerate. Want to put in RTF grass. Will i withstand watering with boron in water?
Here is information regarding grasses and boron toxicity. RTF is not included, probably becuase it is new since this research.

A very aggressive fast growing grass, light green in color and vertical growing is spreading rapidly in our lawn. I need to ID it in order to control it.This is on the eastern end of Long Island NY
I'm sorry but your photo did not come through. I will not be able to identify it at this time.
a fast growing and spreading light green vertical growing grass [or weed]
Figuring out grasses when they are not in seed (flowering in the grass world) is woefully difficult. However, fast-growing, upright, light green and spreading describe yellow nutsedge. This grass is easy to pull but you don't get the continuous underground root that connects the plants so it pops up again. I hope you find that linked article useful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/weeds/yellow-nutsedge-control.htm
I want to plant blou buffell grass and maize, I would like to know how to prepare the soil?
I confess that buffel grass is new to me. However, I found articles on growing this with details for those using it for forage. https://keys.lucidcentral.org/keys/v3/pastures/Html/Buffel_grass.htm#Establishment
Here is an article that discusses ideal growing conditions and fertilizer for maize/corn. https://garden.org/learn/articles/view/400/
a Amy Grant's article on winnowing grain seeds from chaff did not contain info. on seeds where hulls are more fused onto seeds such as grass (e.g. perennial wheatgrass) oats and barley, how does the gardener do this? How do commercial operations do this?
The seeds must, first, go through the threshing process before winnowing. This article will explain: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/grains/general-grains/how-to-separate-seed-from-chaff.htm
It's been 3 years and still no grass
There are many things to choose from in harder-to-grow-in areas. These articles will help:

Hi For 2 years now my grass was like a bowling green, well nearly! Since then it’s went really really patchy and some of it even died. We have had 2 dogs 1 female and 1 male for 20 years and it’s not urine marks, actually if you dig under a patch there is no soil, it just looks like sand? We have a lot of fruit trees, conifers which I think may be the problem? I’ve tried patching it with many many products over the 2 years and am reluctant to put turf down until I find out what the real problem is. Can anyone advise at all?
