My gardenia tree form consider a "Tropical" on Georgia. Stopped Blooming. I moved it around to a AM sum/PM shade spot. The Greenery is lush and gorgeous. I re potted it and fertilized it.
Gardenias are very picky about their environment. Anything off at all, and it will fail to bloom.
It is most likely stressed from moving, and could possibly be overfed. Lush growth with no flowers would indicate way too much nitrogen in the soil, and/or not enough potassium and phosphorus.

How do I apply Neem Oil to my Houseplant, GARDENIA, if I suspect infestation of any insect? Do I spray it on, or paint it on or put in water???
You will need to follow all instructions on the bottle VERY CAREFULLY!!! Only test on a small area at first, since many plants are sensitive to Neem Oil. You wouldn't want to spray down your whole plant to have it dead a few hours later. Correct use will be key!!!
Do not spray this in bright light. Dilute to whatever it says on the package since many manufacturers will have different concentrations.
If it responds well to a small area, then you may spray the plant.

can this juice be used on Gardenias to reduce yellowing leaves?
Although these prefer an acidic environment, it is best to avoid vinegar. This is toxic to plants. I would recommend citric acid, or phosphoric acid for this. In any case, there may be an actual deficiency. Can you include a photo? This will help me to see what is going on. we must have pruned at the wrong time last year because my gardenia always blooms except for this year. SO if we DID prune at the wrong time, how do we get back to the blooms...when would we prune this year if there are no blooms?
Yes, it is very likely that they were pruned out of season. This can cause the lack of blooms. The only thing to do will be to let them recover, and only prune during the correct time. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/gardenia/when-to-prune-a-gardenia.htm
My gardenia tree is as tall as the eaves. Because of its location, the previous homeowner allowed the tree to be mostly one-sided. When it blooms in spring, it has hundreds of blossoms. Unfortunately, this summer it has grown even larger and branches are beginning to reach the ground and overtake a large bird of paradise. Although the trunk is quite large, I can barely get my hands around it, I am afraid it really needs trimming. There are still a few blossoms now and then so I don’t know when or where to begin. HELP! Thank you. Pat

This poor gardenia bush has been having all kinds of problems. Please see picture for latest development. What is it and what can I do about it? Thank you.
That appears to be a severe bacterial infection. These can be very difficult to treat. You can try a fungicide. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/info/using-fungicides-in-garden.htm
