    There are quite a few possibilities for this. Your tree may still need a year or so before it begins to bear fruit. It may need a tree planted nearby that will help it pollinate. It needs pollinators and wind, as well, for pollination. You also may want to consider pruning it each year, and making sure that air and sunlight can circulate through it.
