Can Stargazer lily's be planted in the Fava Bean area?
I do not recommend this, as it is reported that some Asiatic lilies can emit poisons into the soil. Any legume such as beans will store this, and distribute it throughout the plant. It is uncertain whether this can contain enough to harm someone, but that is a rick best left untaken. I would relocate the lilies, or find a new spot to plant the beans.
is there a particular type of structure if they have potential to facilitate vine support?
They are a cool season vegetable, so plant them in spring or fall. They may succumb to heat if it comes too soon.
