I bought a euryops tree and it was doing great. I noticed it had spidermites so I took care of those using neem oil. Lately though, I noticed that a lot of the leaves are turning a black/brown color and eventually fall off. They has happened to some of the newer branches that emerge as well. The Monrovia tag states water abundantly but google says sparingly. I’ve been using a water meter to determine if it is near dry enough to water to avoid over and under watering but I don’t know if it’s water or some sort of disease. Can you please help? I’d hate to lose my plant.
Spider mite damage can cause long lasting damage, and infection. Neem oil can cause burning when sprayed in direct light. It is likely a combination of the two issues.
I would recommend a fungicide to clear the infection. This article will help:

Previously, I asked a question on care for a Yellow Bush Daisy (Euryops Sonnenschein), and was sent care instructions for an African Bush Daisy (Euryops Bush Daisy). Is the care the same for both? Thanks !
Yes. They are very, very closely related, and have the same care.
I enjoyed reading your article, Daisy Bush Care: How To Grow An African Bush Daisy. I have 8 Euryops Daisies and I was expecting them to grow into one big bush. Instead, they're tall and skinny. How can I get them to grow fatter and shorter? Thanks for your help
Make sure they are getting full sun and are not stretching for the light. You can pinch back the growing tops and that will encourage branching.
