I have a desert rose and it has two pods on it. 1. When should I take the pod off, or does it fall off? 2. I assume this is the seed pod needed for propagation. Am I correct? 3. If it is the seed pod and I find out when to remove it from the mother plant, then once the pod is removed, how long do I wait before removing a seed from the pod? Thank you.
Here is a link that explains propagation of a Desert Rose.

I have a beautiful desert rose but it has never bloomed. I have had it for 4 years. How do I get it to bloom. Do I need a grow light for winter?
I would recommend getting a grow light to keep it performing well.
I have 2 very long seed pods on my desert rose and one is soggy in the middle of the pod. Why is this? Is that pod no good to try and plant the seeds? I lost the last pods, as they opened before I knew what they were and all the seeds blew away. Please help!
The seeds should come from a healthy seed pod. If it is of poor quality, I would not use it.

My desert rose was flowering beautifully and almost overnight leaves turned yellow. It's early September - no cold weather yet.
Yellow leaves generally indicate a watering issue, to much or to little.
Adding water if the soil is dry. If the soil it soggy this can also cause root rot.
Inspect the plant for insects as this can also cause yellowing leaves.
A good treatment plant for insects or fungus is Neem Oil.

Can I trim my desert rose plants? Will it make them spread out and be fuller? Some of the branches are getting tall and I want the plant not to get too tall.
Yes, you can prune a tall branch back to a leaf node.
You can prune Desert Rose plants year round but fall is the best time so that you don't interrupt blooming times.

I want to crossbreed some desert roses but don't have a clue where to start. I want to cross a red with a white and see what I get. And after the pollination is accomplished, what do I do then? Thanks for your help.
After they are pollinated, you will want to wait for the seed pod to form and then dry out. After that, you can collect the seeds and plant them. This article will help with that:

I have ten desert rose plants. Vey nice flower and dark green leaves. Then, somehow on all ten plants, the leaves turned yellow and fell off. Am wondering why. And what caused the leaves to turn yellow and fall off? Thank you.
There are several causes for yellowing foliage, but the number one reason is stress-underwatering, nutrient deficiency, shock, pests, etc. Pinpointing the cause for this stress is important in treating the plant. This article should provide some ideas: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/plant-leaves-turn-yellow.htm
