Seeds do not grow, but seeds from Thailand all came up in 22days.
22 days is on the long end of their germination time. In proper conditions, they should germinate in under a week. You may need to adjust temperature, humidity, or soil moisture in order to achieve proper germination rates.
It could be that the cultivar that is germinating for you is a little more hardy, and will tolerate less than ideal conditions. Since these do germinate in your area, you may want to put your focus into them.

Plant is in a large pot. It is about 3’ high. Looks like it needs feeding.
Feeding with most plants should be done before flowering. The best time to feed a desert rose is early in the growing season. Still, you may feed it very sparingly, once per year if you would like. They are not heavy feeders, by any means.

I don't understand what's wrong with her. She was fine a week ago and now this. She is on my dining room table so gets morning sun. Too cold to be outside.
Was it by any chance outside during a cold snap? They can't tolerate any temperatures below 40 degrees F. (4 C)
Another possibility is root rot due to improper watering. During the winter, they should be watered very little while dormant. And no fertilizer. If you think that is the case, quickly repot the plant in fresh, dry cactus soil mix.

We just moved to a location in Florida and are doing some landscaping There are two desert roses in the ground that are surrounded by white rock. It is in full sunlight especially in the summer. I would like to move them into pots and place them elsewhere in this area, but still in full sunlight. What should I expect as to the root base, and is it advisable to do this? I have no idea how long they have been in the ground. Thank you.
Just dig down deep enough to get as much of the roots as possible. The plants should be happy in their new pots if they're getting at least six hours of sun every day and are not overwatered. Here's an article that may help:

My desert rose is beautiful but it has outgrown its pot . The trunk is big and round and the roots are starting to grow out and over the pot. I live in Florida.
You can use it if the pot is not huge in comparison to the plant. A pot much bigger than the plant can cause overwatering, which will kill the desert rose.
Choose a pot that is big enough to contain the roots but only a couple inches larger. The caudex should be above the soil.

it does nothing. I water as told, saturate and let it dry completely out; water again. It gets some sun in morning if not raining. Temp about 72o I have seen nothing cactus dirt and reg.
Likely, it is a lack of sunlight. They will not bloom without full sun, or at least 6 to 8 hours of it per day.
There are a few other factors, but this is most likely.

I have a cat and don't want anything to happen to her if she eats or gets to close to plant?
Yes, it is dangerous to your pets. The plant contains chemicals that can stop the heart, if consumed. It is best to avoid this one around pets and children.
