Hello, I am so happy to see your post regarding Cyclamens. I have a Cyclamen plant which has gone dormant. I have read that the plant should go dormant for 2 months. My situation is that I will not return for 5-6 months. The plant will be indoors with A/C set to 78. Will the plant survive or should I remove the bulb? Thank you, Barbara Sweeney
5 to 6 months is quite a long time. Can you give the plant to someone to care for in your absence?
If you cannot have someone care for the plant, remove the corm after dormancy and store in a paper bag in a cool (50 degree F) dark, and dry location.
Do I pick off dead flowers, leaves and/or stems? If yes, for the last two, do I do so at the base?
You can dead head the spent flowers by removing them with a small scissors or snips. Cut them down as low as you can in the plant crown.

I live in an area where the soil is very boggy and clay I tried planting Cyclamen on my mother's resting place in the cemetery but they rotted Do you have any advice, as I want some small, low growing but hardy flower like geranium, but must be low and not grow more than a few inches. I want to keep it tasteful, not a riot of colour, maybe just blue and white or white only. The grave is not sheltered so gets the brunt of the rain and wind.
I have listed some articles with some suggestions for you.

Hi there my name is Rikki and I was wondering can I could plant my mom's Cyclamen persicum with my hybrid petunias and other plants such as Sweet Basil or Poppies?
Yes, this plan should work fine. Cyclamens tend not to compete well with aggressive plants, so just avoid planting anything that is an aggressive spreader nearby.
My 5yr old cyclamen hasn’t flowered this year, the leafs are very healthy and I haven’t done anything different this time either, have you any ideas please?
If you have not fertilized the plant, it my be time to do so. It sounds like it needs some phosphorus and potassium to start flowering again, properly. It wouldn't hurt to put in some dolomitic lime, as well. This will help keep the pH in order, as this can often be the cause.
Here is an article for more information on the care of the plant: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/cyclamen/cyclamen-care.htm
How do I tell which side is up on cyclamen tubers? I received three. One is smooth on both sides. The other two have nubbins that could be the beginning of roots or stems.
The more dome-looking side goes down. If there are points, then these are actually shoots, not roots. Those should face up.
