Lots of blossoms but not very many cucs
Bees pollinate them, but if there aren't too many bees around, you can hand pollinate them. Here is how:

7 plants in 6x4 greenhouse fed with tomato food
It could have been poor pollination from low insect activity, insufficient water, or too much fertilization. This article explains:

First time cucumber grower. Started out fine, next time I looked it was blown out of shape.
Wonderful! There are definitely some cultivars that will do this naturally, though I hardly ever get to see them here. Normally, I see those from stresses. That is a very interesting cultivar, though.
I suspect, either, a watering problem or a nutrient problem. I notice severe discoloration, which can be from overwatering or underwatering and even lack of nutrients. Fortunately, you can test for these parameters.
I notice that there is quite a bit of woodchip material around the plants. Mulch is fine, but if the entire container of soil looks like that, then they are lacking nutrients, for sure. Make sure the soil is nice and rich, and amend with compost or fertilizers if a test shows that nutrients are missing.
As far as watering goes- I would only let it dry out to 3 or 4 inches down before watering, but don't let it get much drier than that. You can test for this as well.

not really a question. you had answered me about my cucumber. I had just found out from my daughters friend that this was a good cumber. it is called a lemon cucumber. I picked it last night cut it open, it was perfect. crispy and a very pleasant taste. I thought I would pass down the information. thank you.
Last year, 2023, I bought the usual bedding plants at the local Walmart store Green house. The resulting cucumbers were completely white. The leaves were dark green like normal but the fruit was 97 % white. I was scared to eat them b/c I have kidney trouble. Anytime I eat something off, I develop terrible pains in my right kidney. Some sources said the leafy leaves were covering the cucumbers too much. So, I trimmed the leaves short around the existing fruit. I fertilized once a month with a recommended fertilizer. I cracked the cucumber open and they smelt and looked juicy like a normal cucumber. My garden exists in large plastic barrels instead of in a garden flat space. The neighbours have cats and they like to have sex under my 20 ft trailer. I used to have a dog but she died on May 31, 2021. She was more than 17 years old.....Sheltie, purebred. I bought the dog in a pet store. She had no diseases. Some one else told me, the cucumber was a non-green variety. The label was exactly the same on the other cucumber plants I bought. They were green and yummy. We had them for suppa. Thus, do you have any suggestions to what happened to my cucumber plant? Thank you for your consideration.
If they turned white because of an environmental problem such as not enough sun on the cucumbers or excessive moisture, they are safe to eat. If they turned white because of a disease such as powdery mildew, it is best not to eat them. Here is more:

I noticed that my cucumber leaves are loosing their green pigment. What is the reason and can I care for them.
It could be angular leaf spot. Here is more:

The problem looks like mosaic virus. The seed packet has mosaic virus resistant. Something else is affecting the cucumber plants.

it? I read an article stating that polinated cucumbers become bitter, so I removed all male flowers. Then another article says you need to polinate in order to have good production of cucumbers. Which is it? To polinate, or not polinate?
They do need to be pollinated to get the best fruit. Here are tips on hand pollinating if the bees don't do it as well as what causes bitter cucumbers.
