Live in Florida -- plants got caught in cold blast. Never went below 32 degrees. Can they be salvaged?
It might be tempting to prune off the damaged material, but it is best to wait until the following spring to prevent new growth from forming while temperatures remain cold. Water the plant sparingly after frost damage to keep the roots from becoming waterlogged, and wait at least six to eight weeks before providing fertilizer. In spring, snip off any damaged leaves or branches roughly 1 inch below the damaged areas. Resume normal watering and feeding once temperatures rise and all frost danger has passed.
How tall will my house plant crown of thorns get. It blooms white flowers, it is now about 2 ft tall, and heavily branched
Your plant may grow up to five feet. Here are some articles that you may enjoy: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/crown-of-thorns
There are many hybrids which often affect ultimate size but the species crown of thorns grows to 2-3 feet. It can be pruned in early spring to keep it smaller and to help it branch out. If you have the plant tag, look up the specific hybrid. If you don't have a tag but remember where you bought it, search that website for specific information. There is a "red crown of thorns" which is a different species so be careful when looking.

Leaves are turning yellow and falling off.
Leaves turn yellow and fall off when the soil of the plant is too wet. Move your Crown of Thorns Plant to a warm bright location with good air circulation. Allow the top half of the soil of your plant to dry out before you water again.

This potted plant is several years old and was given to me in March 2019. I kept it indoors and it adjusted well. I placed it outside May 21 and the next morning the leaves had started to go white. Too cold? I have now brought it back in until I can find an answer. Thanks Dale
If temperatures dropped too low; it certainly could be frost or cold damage.
Also when moving plants from indoors to outdoors you need to harden them off; gradually adjust them to the light change.
Give them a sheltered area to make the adjustment to outdoors; gradually increase it to a full sun location.

It is quite old and was doing well. Now it is leaning to one side and the new growth is going all over the place instead of straight. Is this normal?
Pruning is an essential part of the health and care of this plant. Fortunately, this is a very forgiving task for this Genus, and you can pretty much prune it as tall or short as you need.
The only special thing, really, is that you wear gloves, or avoid the sap. It can be quite irritating to the skin. This is a common thing among the whole genus of Euphorbia.

bring it inside soon, as it resides in my bathtub under a skylight. It does fine all winter. However it is now huge.
They are not fussy about pruning. They will harm you before you could harm them from pruning, as they have spines and toxic sap. Just make sure that you wear protection so that you do not get the sap on your skin.
