The hedge has been there approx 30 years & is cut once a year. After cutting it this year it has all started going dark brown in big patches, Then there is like webs all over it like spiders webs. It looks like spray snow!!
Without a photo, I can guess at a few things. This could either be webworms, or likely spider mites.

This tree is ~25 years old, and no longer gets much direct sunlight because the trees around it have grown branches that cover it. Its lost its needles on one side. Is there any way I can nurse this tree back to health? I don't think I can cut the branches of the trees that have created a canopy above it. It's maybe 12 feet tall, so I don't think I can transplant it elsewhere either. Any advice? Thank you!
Getting more sunlight to the heavily shaded foliar canopy is the only hope. A skilled pruning specialist, local certified arborist may be able to achieve an aesthetic solution by moderate crown reduction and selective thinning to allow more light penetration.
I have a variety of conifers in my garden. This year two very dark green conifers have produced a mass of tiny red flowers on the bracts/branches. The tree has upright bracts, and looks rather untidy as they grow at irregular intervals and I thought I would need to trim the branches to give a more conical shape. No one I have asked has seen anything like them. They are approx. 12 years old and healthy and hardy. Fairly slow growing. They are now nearly 6ft tall. Any clues? Thanks.
It may be a Norway Spruce that produces strobili, or small cones. I would contact your local nursery who might know the exact species.

Conifer trees were harshly pruned about 2 months ago, there are still some green branches, will they continue to grow and eventually cover the brown? Is there any thing that could be done to help. Many thanks
It is likely to grow back from the green shoots, but not likely to grow from the brown areas. It depends upon the variety of conifer, but from what I can tell, the brown may remain that way for quite some time.

We would like to take out conifer tree but not sure which tree or shrub to replace it with its at a back garden fence so would like something tall
As long as you don't replace it with any of its relatives then you will be safe. You did not specify, exactly, which conifer so I would recommend a deciduous tree, instead, to avoid future problems.
height and width and got the result as per the photos uploaded. I need advice as to what I should do. Ideally I would like to pre serve the conifer bush if possible. Thanks Helen
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. It will likely survive, but depending on the type of conifer that it is, it may not recover in shape.
Hi I’m taking out the two large conifers and would like some ideas what to plant in their place. Wanting something either evergreen or something that will grow slender but not take over like these have. Any shrub ideas would be greatly appreciated.
A dwarf conifer would work well in your situation. Visit your local nurseries and ask which ones grow well in your area.
