I want to know how many meters there should be in between each coconut tree and the row. Also, how to grow coconut tree, not from the seed, and how to prepare the soil.
Commercially, coconut palm trees are spaced about 18-30 feet (5.5 - 9.1 m) apart. They also enjoy fertile, well-draining soil. Here is more information on growing these trees and their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/coconut/growing-coconut-palm-trees.htm
How to control squirrels in coconut orchards.
Perhaps, some of the suggestions in the following article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/animals/get-rid-squirrels.htm
We have grown a coconut tree in our garden and the tree has been thriving nicely for almost 15 years, bearing fruit in some years. We had allowed a creeper to grow on the trunk of the coconut tree for sometime, 2 to 3 years. We noticed that during the last two years the leaves were not opening up as they should. We have taken off the creeper from the trunk now, since almost a year. The leaves are still not showing proper growth. They appear small, twisted and shrunken. What will the treatment for this be?
I don't think the creeper was the issue. There are a few diseases that it could be.
Lethal Yellowing is one. It tends to start at the bottom leaves and move up.
Bud Rot is another. This disease tends to move from the top down. The leaves will also be spotted and the there will be an unpleasant odor.
There are also a few different wilts that could be causing this.
Unfortunately, these diseases do not have a very good success rate in being treated.
Beyond this, Wikipedia has a rather comprehensive list of coconut tree diseases. You may be able to find a different diseases that is affecting it instead of those I suggested. This is the article on that:

Recently it has been noticed that the fronds of the coconut tree are breaking from the middle. The axil leaf is still intact but is not opening. The trunk about 1 foot above the ground has gone soft. The tree is 10 to 12 yrs old and about 12 meters in height. What remedies should be adopted to save this tree? What can be the cause? Please help.
Unfortunately, it sounds as if the tree is suffering from a fungal or bacterial issue, or even root rot. Other than backing off watering and applying fungicide (if fungal related), there is little else you can do. This article may help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/coconut/coconut-tree-problems.htm
How can I save it? The problem it is having is that all the new branches that are arising can't take their own weight and get bent down and eventually the branch dies.
Is this a container plant? It sounds like it might not be getting enough light. If it is a container plant, try moving it to a new, brighter location.
If it is an outdoor plant, I would recommend trying some fertilizer.
How often do you water a coconut plasm that has grown from a coconut?
every day if it in sandy soil because it drains quickly but every 2 days if the soil is loam
I wish to extend a retaining wall that would extend past a number of coconut palms, which I would not like to remove. Can I just cover the bottom 900mm of the trunk without affecting the palms?

I have been taught that 4-6 inches is tolerable for the tree, but no more than 6".
