How to kill out clover in my vegetable garden. They are worse this year than any other year. I have had this garden in this spot for about 12 years. The clover this year has more triangle leaves, instead of rounded ones. I have never see this kind before. I think it might have come from the compost that I had to purchase, because I have been sick and could not work it the way I usually do. PLEASE HELP!

If it's not clover you're dealing with but similar looking, then you could have yellow wood sorrel. This article will help with that: http://www.turffiles.ncsu.edu/PDFFiles/004168/Woodsorrel_Yellow.pdf
I live in Illinois (zone 5) and was wondering if and when I should put clover seed in my raised garden beds. Also, do I need to add more manure once I remove everything from the garden, or can I just cover it with leaves like I did last year?
All of the options that you list will help your soil.
I personally would not plant a cover crop in a raised bed. In such a small area it is so much easier and effective to go ahead and amend the soil with good organic compost.
When adding manure make sure that the beds will have time break down the manure.

What can I do to get rid of weeds, cornflowers, and clover out of my bed of hen and chickens? Trying to pull them but causes more damage than good.
This is a case that you may need to lift the Hens and Chicks from the planting area to clear it from the weeds.
This is most likely the safest way to preserve the succulents, since the weeds in general have much larger and deeper root systems.
You can relocate them to pots temporarily and then replant when you have cleared their garden area.

I have a lovely, well-maintained white clover lawn. My homeowner's association is about to fine me because they say my lawn is filled with weeds. The by-laws say a lawn must be "grass." If I could give some evidence that clover is a grass and not a weed, I'd be able to keep my beautiful lawn. Please help. Thanks, Norma

Please could you identify the weed and how to remove it using chemicals? Thanking you for all your time, and help. STEVE
This appears to be Yellow Hopclover.

does microclover need re-seeding every 2 or 3 years
If you have bare spots or thin areas you can reseed.
A well established lawn of micro clover should not be healthy and not need an entire reseeding.
I killed the grass in the front yard, should i shovel out the old dead grass and throw the clover seeds on the dead grass ground? or i dont have to shovel the dead grass out and just throw the seeds down?
Yes, you will need to rake the old plant material from the lawn.
