This can be due to many reasons, unfortunately. Over and underwatering can cause this, as will temperature swings. If the soil is not acidic enough, then it can affect this as well.

I could recommend getting a soil test kit, or probe, and testing the pH, and the electrical conductivity. This will tell you if your soil is too alkaline or acidic, and how much nutrients are in the soil. This would be a good starting point.

This article will get you started on figuring out why this is happening: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/camellia/camellia-flowers-not-opening.htm

They look like they have already been pruned for the year. I would not do any further pruning until spring of next year. This article will give you more information on this plant: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/camellia/caring-for-camellias.htm

First, you will have to see what pest is causing this problem. Usually, aphids and scale bugs will cause this. You will have to identify the pest, and get rid of them. After this you can gently wash the plant with a few drops of soap in warm water. After, you will want to spray with clean water to remove the soap residue.

For pest control, these articles will give you ideas on how to make your own, along with many more organic gardening tips: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/organic/

Hi - It looks like a white Camelia ( Bud drop occurs when plants receive too much or too little water, insufficient light or extreme cold temperatures. They may also suffer from nutrient deficiencies or mite problems or mold) - a lot of things really :)

It is likely that the soil is lacking in phosphorus and potassium. I would fertilize once per year with an all-purpose to ensure that they have enough nutrients to bloom properly. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/camellia/caring-for-camellias.htm

Yes, you can pinch back the growing tip to encourage them to branch out, though this is optional. You can do this once it has about 5 leaves. Using your clean fingers or a small pair of scissors, remove the top section of the stem down to just above the next node (the place where a leaf emerges), but don't damage the small bud at the node. The remaining buds will be encouraged to grow and produce side branches.
