I have big, beautiful red bell peppers, ready to harvest. They have black spots on the outside. Fine inside. Can I eat/freeze them?
Sure! You may want to treat the soil with a fungicide, so that this does not happen every year, though.

I have 2 yellow bell pepper plants bought at the same time and they're growing at different rates. Why? Everything has been done the same.
That happens a lot with plants that are situated side by side. One does better than the other and it doesn't seem reasonable. However, one and not the other could have a fungal disease or insects. Have you checked the underside of the leaves for aphids or other insects? Also try reversing their positions. The shorter one may be getting a bit more shade than the other.

I started germinating the seeds from the fruits using the paper towel method. After a few days, I planted them in their own germination trays. I realized they need to be around 80-90 degrees for optimal germination, so I put them in a gallon bag for the greenhouse effect. I place the bag outside, is this okay? As they haven’t sprouted yet, and germination I think takes up to two to three weeks for peppers.
They may get too hot outside. I would leave them indoors if they are inside a bag. Here's an article with tips:
