Marshall Delight bee balm flowers have bloomed. It's the end of June. Do they rebloom at all the rest of the summer?
They do as long as you keep deadheading them! This article will help you to care for these plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/bee-balm/bee-balm-care.htm
Can you please let me know. Also, it is early in the season and the leaves are already browning and the flowers are starting to fade. Anything I can do to revive? Thanks for you help! Picture attached.
That appears to be Monarda fistulosa, also known as wild bergamot and bee balm. It is usually grown in full sun; blooms in July and has problems with powdery mildew. There are cultivars with red blooms. Here is an article on caring for your bergamot. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/bee-balm/controlling-bee-balm-plants.htm
i have some plants in yard and don't know if its bee balm and don't want to pull
There are several types of bee balm. I keep my plant tags because I forget the details sometimes. If you know what type of bee balm you have, use the internet to search for bee balm images. I often specify plant leaves. Bee balm care and a link to pictures follows:

Stems bent and broken. Was 3 ft high. If I cut it back to the ground will it grow again this year?
Just cut the broken stems below the damage, or if they are all damaged, cut them back to about 6 inches. Since it is often recommended to cut them back so they won't be so tall, I would think you should still get some blooms this year. It may depend on the variety.

I have A Jacob Cline Monarda Plant (Bee Balm) the leaves are getting totally destroyed by earwigs and who knows what else, is there anything I can do?
You can spray the top and bottom of your leaves with Neem oil. It affects the pests when they chew into the leaves. It is safe for pollinators.

Such as tea or tinctures?
Here is an article from ICE educational website that offers some interesting information. They list bee balm under the name "Anise Hyssop":
Do bee balm, garden phlox, black-eye susan and cone flowers reseed? Do I need to remove mulch from flower bed?
These are all self seeding, yes. Removing mulch is up to you, but it will not be completely necessary.
