A small plant of bargad (banyan) {10-12inches} has grown on its own in the corridor of my home. We don't want to have it there. And want to root out it. Can you please tell me the scientific and astrological way to root it out and the tree will also live.
This article will help you.

I have a potted tree that I just transferred outdoors. I planted it very close to a hardwood in hopes it will cannibalize that tree and grow. In reading your article, I am afraid I misunderstood how the tree works. Can you tell me do I have any hopes of this potted plant moving outdoors successfully? I live in East Texas, usually noted as Zone 8. I am watching for frost and intend to protect the tree if frost or the rare snow comes.
You will need to continue to grow your Banyan Tree as an indoor plant in your growing zone.
It will not survive the cold growing conditions in zone 8, even if covered.

Behind my house is a very large Banyan Tree - approximately 8 feet wide. This tree is on the banks of a permanent river. While the canopy stretches over my house, it does not cover any of my neighbor's property, and the tree is regularly pruned, keeping the canopy approximately the same circumference. My neighbor opposes allowing the aerial roots to take root, claiming that they will grow into his property and do damage to his house or water pipes. Would you please clarify whether my tree poses any threat to my neighbor's house. Thank You. Jim Ewing
I'm sorry, but your neighbor is correct. The Banyan Tree should not be planted near any homes, foundations or water and sewer lines.

Banyan Tree grow in zones 10-12, so it's doubtful you could find anything local.

do banyan tree have fruits and flowers?
The banyan tree isn’t flowerless. But its flowers lie inside its fruits and are enveloped by a thick layer of fruit flesh. So people can’t see them from the outside. When cutting open a banyan fruit, we can see many pink bits growing inside. These are its flowers.
My son has a beautiful Banyan tree at the foot of his driveway in Naples. There is a large root which has grown under his blacktop across the driveway making it uneven. I want to cut the blacktop out and then cut the root out and place gravel down to smooth it out. Will this damage the tree ? It will need to go in order to repair / replace the driveway.
I would not cut the root as this could do a bit of damage to the tree. If you do cut, then you may lose it, but there is a chance that it could recover. Just prepare to, potentially , lose the tree.
