azalea damage by frost killing all flower.should we remove affect flowers?
You can safely remove them when they have fully died off. It will not hurt to do so. Here is an article for more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/azalea/azaleas-noteworthy-shrubs-for-any-garden.htm\
Last fall, end of summer, we noticed that our azaleas were attacked. Massive loss of leaves, like something ate them. I have moved three times with these azaleas, had them over 12 years and nothing happened to them before. They have been transplanted out of their pots, other than that, I can't think what happened to them. I love these plants and would love to bring them back.
Azaleas can be attacked by several insects and even diseases can cause flower and foliage loss.
This article will help you.

Is it OK to prune azaleas in winter?
Yes, you can prune azalea in winter but you will be removing blooms. Typically, they are pruned right when the flowers are fading.
My husband fertilizes the azaleas, camellias, and other plants with flowers while they are blooming. I always thought that would knock the blooms off. The camellia's flowers only last a day or so. Right now he is fertilizing the azaleas and they are blooming like crazy. Is this the wrong time to fertilize? Thank you so much.... Gail I don't have any photos.....
I would typically recommend fertilizing in early spring right before everything comes out. I don't think it would hurt them, unless they are given too much. But it is better to fertilize before they bloom to make the most of the fertilizer.
I live in Western North Carolina (Hendersonville). My question is when to fertilize and prune azaleas. ( I sent this same question some time ago but I never saw a response ) If it was sent I apologize for asking again. Thank You, Alan Gottheim ajg2998@gmail.com

A lot of my azaleas have white "stuff" on their limbs. All I can find online is information about white mildew on the leaves. Do you know what's going on with my azaleas and what I could buy to get rid of it? Appreciate your help.
This sounds like a case of Azalea Bark Scale.
